Hava i\u00e7eride kal\u0131rsa, re\u00e7ine g\u00f6zenek giri\u015finde t\u0131pa gibi durur. Vakum bu engeli azalt\u0131r ve malzemenin i\u00e7eri giri\u015fini kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 zamanda proses parametreleri kontrol alt\u0131nda oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in <\/span><b>tekrarlanabilirlik<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y\u00fckselir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00fcre\u00e7 basit bir mant\u0131kla ilerler. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m, hem hurday\u0131 azalt\u0131r hem de seri \u00fcretimde kaliteyi daha \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclebilir k\u0131lar.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Ad\u0131m ad\u0131m s\u00fcre\u00e7: tesiste par\u00e7aya neler uygulan\u0131r?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bir emprenye tesisinde ama\u00e7, par\u00e7an\u0131n i\u00e7indeki mikrog\u00f6zenekleri kontrol edilen bir s\u0131rayla doldurmak ve bunu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilir testlerle do\u011frulamakt\u0131r. S\u00fcre\u00e7 d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan basit g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr, ancak her ad\u0131m bir \u00f6ncekinin kalitesine ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r.
